A 1.5-hour workshop on February 15th, dedicated to women’s health, specifically focusing on fibroids, PCOD, and other reproductive health issues.
In this session, we’ll explore how yoga can play a significant role in managing symptoms and improving overall reproductive health. We’ll also discuss the deep connection between stress and women’s health, and how addressing it can lead to better well-being.
It’s a chance for women to take proactive steps toward better health, with simple yet effective practices they can incorporate into their daily lives.

I quit yoga 4 years ago after a surgery left me disabled with CRPS in my right arm. After taking Mahima’s classes ( I was skeptical and fearful of my ability) my overall flexibility, mood, and energy has all been positively improved. Mahima is an excellent and well-trained teacher. This was my first time doing authentic yoga taught by an Indian woman. She not only takes the class through the proper techniques but also brings a personal touch to the practice through stories of her family and what her mom has taught her. Her depth of knowledge and willingness to share it creates a yoga experience that expands past an ordinary workout class.
The community is also what encourages me to come back. There are people from all different backgrounds, nationalities, and age groups. It’s a wonderfully diverse and supportive environment for people at all levels of yoga experience.
I highly recommend the meditation classes. I’ve never been able to meditate succesfully on my own or with online guided practices without my mind wandering, but Mahima gives the class breathing techniques to focus on, which keep you present and occupied. I have never felt calmer!

Mahima offers classes on varying levels of traditional yoga with intimate classes where she provides detailed instructions, and immediate feedback on doing the yoga postures correctly.
Her meditation technique is none like I’ve ever had which have taken me to a deeper understanding of the practice. I especially like to do yoga and then go right into the meditation class because my body is ready to relax after being moved.
